Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Questions about a DUI
1) bad news- i just received a dui in my company car. I am an outside sales person
2) How much time do i have until my companty is notified? i live in CA. My hearding date is not unitl spet 21st?
3) i am assuming i will be fired since i have to drive for a living or does the court allow to drive to and from your office and accounts for the 4 months?
I will have to give back my company car and how do i buy a car without a license?
4) In CA will i still be eligible for unemployment if fired for dui?
5) Should i quit before they find out and just say "personel reasons" if i have until sept 21st should i wait till them till they make their decision- i work for a large corporation and have only been there for 10 months and love the job?

You need to have a heart-to-heart with the boss, and for a number of reasons I doubt it will end well.
