Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Reciprocity Between CA, TX, KY - CA Laws

Recently recieved a DUI in CA. Only here temporarily (another 2 months). Have TX drivers license. Live in KY. Looking at four month suspension/revocation (3 mounths after my 30 day license expires). Will I be able to drive in TX, KY (and the states that I must drive through to get back to KY in 2 months)? Is there any way I can get a provisional license so that I can drive to/from work? Would I have to get that in CA, TX, or KY? Also, is there one set fine/revocation period/community service set by the state or by the city (Los Altos) or does the judge get to give me whatever he/she thinks just? How will I do service if I am not living in CA or TX? Seriosly needing some advice here. Don't know how to begin. Thanks so much.
