how to get a restricted license .

hello, i have two dui's the first in 2001,second aug.30 2007 . i have called

the dmv on jan 15 2008 .they told me to ask the court for one. because they did not receive anything for them to say yes or no ..

The prosecutor has up to one year to file charges on a DUI. If you would like to talk to someone very experienced in dealing with DUI's I would be happy to do so.

Re: how to get a restricted license .

If your license was suspended or revoked by the court, you'll have to go back to court on a Motion requesting a restricted license, showing legal and factual 'Good Cause' why one should be issued. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting the legal help you'll need.
