What is the typical sentence for someone with a 4th DUI?

A fourth DUI within 10 years is a felony. "Typical" sentence? That depends. How recent were the priors? What was the blood alcohol level in the current case? What judge are you in front of? Was there an accident, even if nobody was hurt? Was there a refusal? Were you also driving on a suspended license? What's the person's record aside from DUI cases?

There are many factors that go into it. A fourth DUI is probably going to get 16 months in state prison - or a year in county jail and probation, but.... it all depends on the answers to all those questions above.
