You could be facing any number of charges. Some of those charges include the following:

2) VC 23152(a)/(b): DUI

3) Health and Safety Code Sections dealing with possession of drugs;

4) Business and Professions Code Sections dealing with Possession of Prescription Drugs without a prescription.

If you would like to discuss the matter further please do not hesitate to call. Best of luck.

Given that you are underage, you will almost certainly face DUI charges. You may also face possession charges if the vicodin pills were not given to you as part of a properly filled prescription.

Good Luck!

You face DUI and illegal drug possession charges, by definition, unless you had a prescription for the drug. Feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need if you get serious about getting counsel.

I am assuming you didn't have a prescription for the Vicodins. Well, like most DUI's it is very possible to either lessen the charges or beat them entirely, sparing you from a possible criminal record that could keep you from getting a job. A lot depends on the facts of how you came to be stopped, and many other factors. Please feel free to call me anytime.
