Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I have a warrant in Californ?ia for not paying my drunk in public fine in full. I want to order a new California identification at my local DMV. Will they see that I have a warrant on file, and if so, what are the chances I will be arrested there or informed to the police

You will not be arrested at DMV. They may not issue you a new ID because of the outstanding warrant.
