contract cancellation option
Does signing this form at time of purchase of vehicle allow you to return auto? If so, withing how many days can do this?
Re: contract cancellation option
Hello.
Generally an auto purchase contract does not allow any so-called "cooling off" period in California. If you were provided a cancellation agreement at the time of the purchase, that is highly unusual, but depending upon the circumstances and the contract's wording, enforcable by its terms.
I am unable to give you any further opinion as you did not set out the complete text of the cancellation agreement.
