kids bitting problem

my daughter (3.5 year old) was bitten at the school for several times. the biter just consistantly bits kids and teacher, and the school did not do an effective way to prevent. I want the school to remove the biter from the school. wondering how and where i can start.

It sounds like your daughter is in pre-school. Is this a private pre-school or one operated by the school? If the latter, then go to the principal and complain. If that doesn't work, go to the superintendant and then to the school board. If it is a privately owned pre-school, you should talk to the owner of the pre-school; it is negligent to no provide protection for your child once the pre-school staff are on notice of the biter. If the pre-school is under contract to the school, then the route to complain is through the principal, superintendant, school board. In either case, there is a duty to protect your daughter.
