deed to my dads home?
Is it wise for my Dad to deed his home to his 3 children to avoid the stae from taking the assets in a case that he need to go into a care facility??My mom has passed on..

No that's not wise. If he want's to advoid probate he should get a simple trust.

You'd be foolish to take advise from this site, other than to go consult with experienced tax and probate counsel for a real opinion based upon all the facts.
