elder abuse / nursing home abuse
one sm. water in 24 hr. daily meals stolen, not replaced, all equipment non functional, shower pan used for urine, yelling and screaming by staff, never any privacy, etc. etc, etc. gets worse, no 2 hr. rotation, excluded from health care participation, bowel movenents left for 4 to 5 hours, understaffing.
