Legal Question in Elder Law in California

I need emergency representation at 7:30 am in North Hollywood

I learned late this evening that my father has an assessment meeting taking place at 7:30 am (a few hours from now) to determine his mental state. This outcome of this meeting will generate a Springing Durable Power of Attorney into action for my Step Sister. My goal is to bring home my dad since I see he is losing the will to live. Our home will perk him up and after about 72 hours let the doctors reconvene and then make their determinations. He was fine at the beginning of the week. But now this convalescent home will not really help him as he is 96 years old and had a stroke about a week ago. Please help me. My sister is so anxious for his home that she is pushing all of this through so fast. He is lucid at this point. Can someone meet me at the North Hollywood location at 7:15am (just prior to the 7:30 am app.) to place a ''Stop'' on these findings? So he can come home to his familiar surroundings. I had no idea this will had been changed around to write me out of this home. I was to take care of him and at the end, I would be given a paid for home. I have been doing this for 5 years now. Please help.
