Legal Question in Elder Law in California

fraud sis forged alzheimer moms signature and sold property

sister forged moms signature on grant deeds, sold properties, notary is her friend, notary will not provide copy of moms signature from her journal. moms signature was traced and it is very evident. i need an attorney who will look at the evidence, hear my story, and take my case on contingency. sis has tons of money, mostly from moms properties. sis created a trust, to be able to do this, but she won't provide me with a copy of the trust for review. i need to protect my inheritance for when mom does pass on, but sis is a fraud, forged signatures, sold everything, and leaves me with nothing. i have proof, i need an attorney who won't require a retaining fee. can someone please help me?
