Do not resesatate
are the children of a person thats dying aloud to tell the hospital dnr without it being in writing? will a signed and notirized paper be good enough?

The hospital itself is the best source of the rules and procedures you need to follow. They decided what they will accept or not, and there is little you can do to fight them, without spending substantial money in attorney fees. you nee
