Legal Question in Elder Law in California

How can I stop my step sister from draining my elderly parents bank account. She talks her father into getting money and possibly signing documents.

If Adult Protective Services is not effective, then you may have to consider a conservatorship.

It is a drastic measure and expensive. You would need to prove that your father needs a conservatorship and either your father or your sister (or both) may resist and resent your efforts.
