Legal Question in Entertainment Law in California

I have an entertainment law question. I am an actress and have just been offered a two year management contract. Is it industry standard that:

1 Management contracts don't have sunset provisions - i.e. managers are able to collect commissions from my projects forever, even after the relationship has ended?

2. The Manager gets commission from any offer I get while under contract regardless of whether the Manager had anything to do with creating or negotiating the opportunity?

3. Does a 20% commission on non-union work seem exorbitant?

These terms do not seem out of the ordinary. As to point 1, the commissions would customarily be only on work procured during the term of the contract. Point 2 is customary for an "exclusive" representation.
