are you required by law to provide your law firms information if you are a corporation and it is requested by a private party?

If the party's not a shareholder nor a spouse of a shareholder, then you are not required to provide such information. However, if you have a law firm on retainer, you might want to advise it of the demand to help you deal with the private party's claim.
