In 2003 i was divorced and went to a paralegal to draw up papers. In the divorce papers we (ex and i) agreed to leave eachother's retirement pension alone, and i could stay in the house to raise 4 children and accept low child support payments in return. Now 7 years later, he is retiring on a disability (cancer) and wants me to able collect his retiremen. Is this possible?

Collect child support? Child support can be collected from any source regardless of any agreement.
