Legal Question in Family Law in California

I'm 27 I found my real dad 4 years ago and he moved me into his house for one week and now is kicking me out. Do I have any sort of a case for back child support. I'm in ca and child support was never filled.

No. Back child support applies to situations where a child support order was in place, but not paid. Family Code section 4009 states that an original order for child support can only be made retroactive to the original petition.
