Legal Question in Family Law in California

I currently have 50/50 legal and physical custody of my child. However my child is with me full time. Her permanent address for her has been with me for the past 2 years. And now I want to get a passport for my child to go on a family trip. However her father won't sign the consent forms for her to get the passport. So my question is, is there anything I can do to get her a passport without her fathers signature?

Yes, you can get a court order. You should get the custody order changed to match the current reality at the same time.
