Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am currently 14 I want to move back to where I used to live how can someone else have my guardianship or a permit for me to be live by myself under-aged ?

If someone were to have a guardianship over you, they would have to file for it. In doing so, they would have to show detriment to you to live with your parents. No, the courts would not allow you to live by yourself unless you can prove that you can meet your own expenses without any help for anyone or anything else. Good luck!
