Legal Question in Family Law in California

where to go?

O.K. my 14 year old sister is staying with me right now, because my mother was put in jail, and my dad said he wants time with her and thats what i want for her, and she agreed thats what she wants to do, but my mother and grandmother dont want her to go with him, is there anything they can legally do to get him arrested just for having his daughter? He is on parole, but will be getting off soon for good behavior.

I would suggest that your grandmother file for a guardianship to have legal guardianship over your sister.
