Emancipation is a way for a child to become an adult before they're 18. Once a child is emancipated, his or her parents don't have custody or control of him or her anymore. So you cannot get emancipated with your mom.
If you and your mom are having problems or you and mom are having problems with someone else you should go and talk to somebody that can help you talk things over. A good place to start may be going to your minister or school counselor. Take care.
