What is the process that I need to go through to get a divorce?
Do I have any other options other than divorce? (Anulment)

You do not absolutely need a lawyer. Whether or not you need a lawyer for a divorce depends on the circumstances. More than half the divorces in many counties in California are done without lawyers. You need to pick up a copy of How to Do Your Own Divorce In Californa, by Nolo Press. Look through it, and if you still have questions, go a head and ask us.
