Acused of child abuse from girlfriends family
My name is Dan, I am being acused of abusing my girlfriend children (Im not their bilogical, I love them & that so Im dad) we have one child living with us, the other two kids have been b(by the courts granted to GF sisters. (reason will can talk about later) GF signed temp to her sis. Our boy wasnt going to sign the papers,by not signing he was served court papers stating many un-true aligetions about Gf & myself & my famliy. here my ? what kind of case do we have against GF famliy. I have more important things to say but not much can be said on this page. Maybe this will get us someone interested in helping or maybe calling to give good advise. Gf is a great mother, she wasnt wanting to sign over the girls.Her famliy has keep her & me plus their bother hasnt seen them in mos. We miss them and it hurts but Gf is having a trouble time dealing with the lost she isnt the same. If their is anyone that feels that can help in clear the aligetions & advise us maybe even helping us in with opening a slander case. Thank You for taking your time to read this Dan and Cynthia

Sounds like you need to talk to someone who does juvenile dependency work.
