What age do the courts hear a Childs request for what parent they want to live with? Or what age can a child decide for them self what parent they want to live with?

There is no specific age at which the courts hear from the children. It is on a case-by-case basis based on the maturity of the child and the issues in the case. At no age until they are an adult at 18 does the child simply get to pick. How much weight is given to the child's preference is, again, on a case by case basis.
