Alamony

Can I collect Alamony if I can provethat my husband has committed adultery? We have only been married for about 3 years?

California is a not fault state. His conduct has nothing to do with his obligation to pay spousal support. Spousal support is based on your need and his ability to pay. The length of time he has to pay is also related to the length of the marriage.
