Alimony increase?
My x-husband remarried, can i get an increase in Alimony due to his marriage? Does spouse income increase my alimony? If he becomes unemployed, does that stop my alimony, he still has financial land, houses , etc.
he has not paid my alimony in over 3 years. Please help

The new wife's income will not be used to increase the amount of spousal support. However, it may make it easier to collect the spousal support arrears.
