Use this site to look up the code. Got to "legal research tool", then click on the arrow next to "pick a search tool" in the middle of the page. Choose CA cases, codes & statutes" and then click the box next to Family Code. Look up Family Code 2210 and 2211 for the information you asked regarding annulments.

Annulment can be obtained on one of the following grounds:

1. Fraud, which goes to the purpose of marriage.

2. Incurable insanity;

3. Inability to engage in sexual intercourse.

There are some limitations in application of each of these grounds.
