Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I get an annulment ?

Married 01/01/01 wife moved out 01/02/01 (one month later with no reason) tried to keep marrage together though apart helping wife with her bills and needs she made me beleave she was going to get herself together and kept promising. She moved back in on 11/20/01 because she was going to loose the rental she had then moved out again on 12/23/01 with no warning.I started to notice a pattern of when she was in need she was good to my daughters and I and when she was not in need she was very cruel. She has taken me for everthing and abused my children physically and mentally. Discoverd she has abusive controling nature (from a counsler) and she has now alienated me completly. I feel her marring me was fraud and she drew me in so she could get all I had to give.

I want the rings and other property back as she was never involed in this marrage and I feel it is not right that she sould have theses things. I gave her the rings accepting her commetment and vows and she has not held up her part one single bit and does not have the right to wear the rings (they were very expensive) Can I get an annulment and have my property returned?

Unlikely, try a divorce. You will get nothing back.
