how much for an attorney to draft up a prenuptial agreement?

It depends on how much work is involved. That is going to depend on whether the parties all speak English, and have the opportunity to seek and speak to independent counsel, and how much property the parties own before they get married. I've done them for a flat rate of $1,000.00, which usually includes a memo about what a prenup can and cannot do, and a drafting of a prenup that the parties agree to.
