Is the attorney required to give you copies of all your motions & orders

Your attorney should give you copies of your motions and orders, although you may have to pay for copies. I suggest you check your retainer agreement.

You are entitled to not only that but a copy of your entire file. I have some clients who have me send them a copy of everything I do.
