I was awarded spousal support in 2008 in The county of orange CA My ex husband is not paying it what do I do?

You can file a motion to have ex-husband held in contempt for failure to pay or notify the District Attorney's section on support that he is failing to pay and they will collect it.

Mr. Goff is wrong about the DA. The DA enforces child support, not spousal support. He is right, however, that the proper course is to file an Order to Show Cause Re: Contempt.
