Legal Question in Family Law in California

my bf and i are breaking up we have a 3 month old daughter. unfortunately when she was born 6 weeks early the drs found marijuana in her poop. cps got involved and i am taking classes to get them out of my life. but to make matters worse i have a warrant in another county frm 2009 its a misdemeanor nd now they r charging me with fta.... since we r breaking up and i am getting kicked out. i need to take of my warrant so that he doesnt have the upper hand. bt to do that im going to miss my cps classes which are mandatory. if i left my baby with her grandma while i take care of my warrant do u think cps will give me another chance to complete the program

The best thing that you're doing now is try to straighten your life out. You need to work directly with CPS on sorting out your continued attendance in the class as well as deal with the failure to appear. Your best interests would be served by retaining an attorney to help you with this matter.
