The purpose of the mediators' meeting is to discuss all possible options for custody. Your boyfriend's side will be considered if he raises; the issues. Unless there is a history of neglect or bad behavior in front of the child, the mediator is unlikely to give in completely to the requests of the mother. However, these issues should be considered. Now is the time to fight for the best custodial arrangement for all parties.
