What can I do when ex breaks court rule and drinks when he has kids. He had to take alcohol classes and has been warned since. Still does what he wants.

First make sure you have evidence to back it up that will be admissible in court. Then file an Order to Show Cause why he should not be held in Contempt of Court.

You also need to seek protective orders in a motion to modify the visitation plan to restrict or suspend visitation until your ex deals with his sobriety issues.
