my brothers wife took his daughter

my brothers wife cheated on him and took his daughter to another states.my brother is going through a suicidal stage.who should i call to alert this matter?

Call the police. Tell them you want to report a possible suicide and that you believe your brother should be taken in under 5150. They'll know what "5150" means. Basically, because your brother is a possible threat to himself, he should be picked up and kept under evaluation for 48 hours.
