Burden of Proof for Reduction of Child Support

What level of proof is required to obtain a reduction of child support, can the amount owed be adjusted retroactive. Who is required to establish the burden of proof.

The moving party to reduce support has burden of proof. You must show a change of circumstances such as lost job, less income, more or less visitation etc. You would need to file a motion or OSC re: modificaton of child support with a declaration of facts to show a need for reduction based on change of circumstances.
