I'd like to know if we can call child abuse to a parent that is not giving any importance what is he feeding to his child or when the parent doesnt have a good and stable schedule for the child to go to sleep and wake up and when the child is left with a grandmother who is a sick and doesnt have the energy to take care of the child?
