cancellation of divorce
My wife had filed for divorce last month in state of California, and now we have reconciled is it possible to cancel the divorce. We are still under the 6 month period. Would we have to remarry or our marriage would be reinstated!

Tell her to file a Request for Dismissal. You can find the form on almost any California court website in the forms section. If you filed a Response and checked the box "and request for", then you will also need to sign the Request for Dismissal.
