Name change effective in divorce

I am going back to my maiden name as part of my divorce. I received the Final Judgement papers. I am not sure when this name change becomes effective. Is it now or on the date the marital status ends?

Absent a provision in the judgment to the contrary, the name change is/was effective on the date that the judgment was entered.
