Name change
My husband and I have been married for 6 years now, and I have decided to take my husband's last name. Our marriage certificate shows only my maiden name. How do I proceed? Should I get a rivised marriage certificate?

You are entitled to use his name without having to do anything else. If you want it on paper for some reason you can file a petition in Superior Court to change your name but it is not required.
