Legal Question in Family Law in California

my ex she has my child custoday because DV fruad , at poist I have his vistion and on jan 5th we were

at court and he spend allthe time with from 8:30 to 6:30 and he running nose then I pick him on jan 7th he was still sick even worse and no medication from her or the doctor since I don't have acces to his medical records I got medication from walgreen and he was little better I took him back on jan10 and I did call him at 5:00 pm jan 11 to check on him and he was sick and she didn't even give medication and he told me that she didn't take him to doctor , when shelter manger called and told that I can see him because he is sick and doctor said let him be better that was because I didn't get the flu from him my question I am fighting for his custoday and that worries me since I don't what is true or not since I don't have access to his doctor I want to tak her the court and also the provide me with phone number to call from 4:300 till 5:00 which I have diffeculty most the time I been told he is not in

You can request a modification of visitation every six months from your last mediation. Custody you can request it every six months as well but you need to show a change of circumstances as well.

File an Order to show cause (OSC) with a declaration of the facts you think is important. If you could a points and authorities to support it would be nice, although technically required is generally never done by most including the attorneys.
