I live in orange couty right now and I'm leaving my boyfriend and want to move to Temecula? Can I leave from Garden Grove and take my son has faraway as Temecula without him stopping this from the distance?

The answer depends upon the circumstances of your case. Such as how much contact does father have with your son. Another factor is transportation for visitation, and the terms of the visitation.
