I am a mother of two kids and I am planning on leaving the state with my kids but i dont have full custody. Is there anything the father of the kids can do to stop me?

Yes, and you'll probably regret it for a long time.

Re: Child custody

Leaving the state, without either the permission of father or a court order allowing you to move, could result in the court ordering you to return the children to California, or even felony child abduction charges being filed by the court. This would have the potential of the court ordering a change of custody to father. Before you move you should consult with an attorney.
