Child Custody Question

Could you please explain the difference between a Minors Council, Custody Evaluation and Mini Evaluation?? Also, depending on the outcome of these processes, what could be the consequences?

Thank you!

Re: Child Custody Question

You have requested much more information than can be provided in this forum. Minor's counsel is an attorney appointed by the court to represent the minor. This occurs when the conflict between the parents is so great that the child is lost in the fight. An evaluation is made after a marriage and family counselor investigates the parents and then makes a custody and visitation recommendation to the court. The outcome will depend upon the results of the evaluation.
