Legal Question in Family Law in California

child detention

I have 11 year old twin girls and they have been taken to a residential treatment because they have behavioral issues and they need special attention and I just found out that they did that because they said that due to negligence. We had a detention hearing and I want to know if I will be able to get my kids back sooner that the court order date of them to go home? They gave me visitation schedules and even supervised, I don't understand why?

You must follow the order until it is changed. You should be prepared for your next hearing. If you'd like my assistance call for an appointment.
