child safety

can i restrict my soon to be x husband from taking my 8 year old on motorcycle rides? we are currently fighting for custody and prelim have joint legal and i have physical. he has a history of drug/alcohol use and unsafe behaviors and i don't want him on the motorcycle he is only 8. What can i do to keep him from doing so?

You will have to file an OSC in court. I would file it ex parte. An 8-year old should not be on the back of a motorcycle.
