Child Support plus Childcare Cost
Father of my 1yr old is court ordered to pay $400 a month for child support. Payments are made through garnishment when he works. Can the mother ALSO file an OSC for ½ of the childcare cost on top of the child support being garnished?
If court grants ½ of childcare cost, how will payment be collected?
Will the court order where payment needs to be paid?
