child support
i went to court and the judge ordered me to pay child support equaling $900 a month and i have 35% custody of my son. my question is, can i go back to fight that amount? i cant survive with what is left of my check.

If the court made a child support order consistent with California guidelines there is not much that can be done. I would suggest that you take the order to a family law attorney who can review the order to confirm that it complies with guideline. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
