Child Support
My ex-husband and I are thinking about getting married to each other again. I would like to know if my child support from him would stop if this were to happen. There is a court ordered child support decree already on file with the courts.

I believe that a re-marriage of the parents would
terminate any existing child support obligation. I assume
you will be living together with the child after the marriage.
However, I would either research the question more deeply, or obtain
a formal termination of the order for safety of the obligor.
